For the purchase of digital content from Visenza (e.g. Naturewalk, VISENZA Community, VISENZA Inner Circle)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Visenza LLC, 2165 Van Buren St, Suite 911, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA, e-mail: christina@visenza.co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun providing the digital content, provided that you have

1. expressly agreed that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires, and

2. confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

We obtain this consent and confirmation before your purchase is completed, via a separate checkbox (not pre-ticked, you must actively check it). A purchase is not possible without this consent.

In practice this means: as soon as you access Naturewalk (or any other digital product) after purchase, you lose your right of withdrawal for that product. Until that point, you may withdraw at any time without giving reasons.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract in time (i.e. before you have begun accessing the digital content), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Note on real-life events

For VISENZA Deep Dive, VISENZA Retreat, and VISENZA Annual Gathering, once these become bookable, the regular fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies without the exception described above, as these are not digital content. The applicable withdrawal notice will be added before booking opens.
