This is the most intensive and personal real-life VISENZA experience. Not a classic retreat program with many fixed activities. There is a lot of room for what actually arises for you.

At the center: body, feeling, nature, touch, connection, freedom, aliveness.

Possible elements: nature experiences, water, bodywork, VISENZA Touch, water healing, stillness and movement, personal conversations, shared meals, rituals, intensive personal time with me.
